Silky smooth and filling with the sweetness of roasted squash and the richness of coconut

Lentil Bolognase
A chunky fibre rich tomato sauce loaded with vegetables and lentils served over spelt or quinoa pasta.

Brown Rice Risotto with Miso Balsamic Root Vegetables
Creamy herb-scented brown rice risotto with roasted root veggies such as carrot, parsnips, caramelized onions and rutabaga. Chicken or vegetarian option. 

Quinoa Salad with Pomegranates and Pecans
A bit of a twist on tabbouleh with parsley, mint, cucumbers and goat cheese

Chana Masala (Tomato and Chickpea Curry) 
This Indian spiced chickpea and tomato stew is served with roasted cauliflower and brown rice
