A chunky fibre rich tomato sauce loaded with vegetables and lentils served over spelt or quinoa pasta.

Spring Rolls
Delicious and filling salad rolls with carrots, cucumber and organic greens and a generous side of addictive peanut sauce. Chicken or vegetarian option.

The Local Abundance Salad Bowl
I'll be checking out both markets in town to create a colourful salad plate. Comes with a citrus tahini dressing. Chicken or Vegetarian option.

Vegetable and Chickpea Casserole
Wild rice, chickpeas and roasted market vegetables with a creamy cashew bechamel.

Market Vegetable Chowder
Creamy white bean potato chowder loaded with veggies from the market. Comes with a quinoa cheddar scone.
