Quinoa and rice pasta with a creamy chickpea sauce, asparagus  and mushrooms.
 
Sweet Potato and Black Bean Chili
Continuing with a Mexican theme of sorts. With corn and cilantro

Indonesian Rice Dinner
Cabbage, peppers, carrots over brown rice, chicken or vegetarian option

Mango Chicken or Tofu Salad
With ginger orange dressing

Dessert: Gluten-free Lemon Squares
