Jerk chicken sauteed with peppers and tomatoes and gluten-free pasta with a splash of lime. Vegetarian option available

Quinoa Mango Salad
Mango, cucumber, organic greens, black beans and quinoa in a refreshing lemony-ginger dressing.

Greek Salad
Layers of cucumber, peppers, tomatoes, olives, organic spinach, chickpeas  with an olive oil balsamic dressing


Vegetarian Shepherd's Pie
"Meaty" lentil and mushroom mixture with carrots, celery and onion topped of with a sweet potato mash

Thai Red Vegetable Curry
Bok choy, carrots and broccoli in a flavourful red curry  and coconut milk sauce served over brown rice. Chicken or vegetarian option

Dessert: Gluten-free Lemon Cranberry Cake
