Sweet Potato and Peanut Stew
Warming spices such as cinnamon, cumin and ginger with a hint of peanut. Red lentils, sweet potato and kale make this a hearty and healthy winter soup.

Walnut Radish and Apple Salad

Note: Chickpeas will be added to this for protein.
Pasta with Cranberry and Artichoke Hearts
Gluten-free or whole grain pasta with organic spinach, artichoke hearts, cranberries and goat cheese. 

Chicken or vegetarian option.

Carrot Ginger Chicken or Tofu Dinner
The thick and flavourful sauce in this dish offers a medley of colours and textures...classic Asian. Carrots, bok choy and snow peas along with brown rice make up the base. Chicken or vegetarian option.
