Roasted Apple and Buttercup Squash Soup
A simple yet satisfying soup with the addition of white beans to make it a meal.
Ethiopian Style Lentil Pilaf
Aromatic spices such as ginger, allspice and coriander add great flavour to the lentil. Also served with roasted vegetable and brown rice.

Chickpea Chorizo Dinner
The flavours in this vegetarian dish have mexican origins but are not too spicy. Chickpeas are served with peppers, kale, broccoli and quinoa.
