Roasted Beet and Carrot Soup
Simple yet very tasty. Roasted beets and carrots in a homemade vegetable broth with parsley and a lime yogurt cream to add even more flavour.

Kale Pesto Pasta
Kale and basil pesto with roasted broccoli and either a hearty spelt or a gluten-free quinoa pasta. Chicken or vegetarian option.  

Mason Jar Taco Salad
Quinoa, black beans, cucumber, tomatoes and organic greens with taco-spiced ground walnuts
