HOW IT WORKS

I offer one menu per week with five meals and a dessert. If you require more than five meals weekly then just double it for couples or triple it for a family. This amount of food still allows for eating out or cooking for oneself if desired.
Each week's menu is designed to assist you in integrating natural and unprocessed foods into your life.
My mason jar meals are made of quality ingredients which support a balanced and nourishing diet as well being locally sourced, organic and seasonal as much as possible.
